EXAM: ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND

CLINICAL HISTORY: Possible Mild Abdominal Aortic Anuerysm

COMPARISON: Back X-ray report from Yavapai Regional Medical Center 10/27/03 & Suggestion by Prescott Internist

FINDINGS: The aorta demonstrates diffuse atherosclerotic changes. No abdominal aortic aneurysm detected.
The right kidney measures 10.6 cm and demonstrates a 2.9 x 2.9 x 3 cm cortical cyst. The left kidney measures 14.3 cm and demonstrates a 7.0 x 5.8 x 6.5 cm cortical cyst and another 4.5 x 5 cm cortical cyst.

KIDNEY SONOGRAM OBJECTIVE: Diffuse atherosclerosis of the abdominal aorta. Cortical renal cysts. Incidentally, cholelithiasis with 2mm wall thickness.
